May 20th not far from Moscow the year main paintball event will took place - Big Paintball Maneuvers. Unlike usual fast sporting and recreational engagements, Big Maneuvers last many hours and cover several hectares. Players have a goal not only eliminate the opposition but to fulfill different missions - reconnaissance, patrol, attack, defense, ambush - which can bring victory points to their "army". Special vehicles, special weaponry, special costumes - all that makes Big Maneuvers very spectacular. Players will be supported by transport, "armor" and courier autos. Field command posts with wire and radio communication will direct their troops. Pyrotechnic and paintball grenade launchers are also allowed.
Place. Military base some 15 kilometers out of Moscow city limits - an ideal ground, where BPM took place in 1998 and 1999 successfully. Diverse landscape (meadows, ravines, copses, and waters) fortified by trenches and bunkers. End of may weather conditions is very pleasant for big outdoor events.

May 19, Friday - arrival of guest groups, quarter in a nearby holiday hotel
May 19, evening - night recon patrols go onto the field for research, map-making and mining.
May 20, morning - players assembly, registration
May 20, morning - BPM beginning, competitions
May 20, evening - BPM ending, awards ceremony
May 20, night - players party.
Event staffing. Around 30-40 referees, technicians, administration, drivers
Players. Every one can take place in the BPM after signing the waiver. Now we have confirmed participating groups from Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Slovakia and Ukraine. More groups from Czech, Poland, Estonia, USA, Finland and Germany are expected.

Miss BPM - ladies players
Front correspondent - the best media coverage
Far away - the distant traveled team
Event T-shirt for every player
Personal awards - sportsmanship, highest score, etc.
Media. BPM covered by two main TV channels - TV-Center and TV-6, Silver Rain and Sport FM radio stations, TV-Park Magazine and more than 10 other magazines and newspapers.
Support and logistic zone. Music program by Silver Rain DJs, Polaris quadrocycle riding area, buffets, army/navy shop, paintball shop. Every enlisted player will have a free hot meal at the field canteen (buckwheat porridge with meat, tea); every eliminated player will be healed in Hospital by shot of Campari/Orange.
