| The business plans for 24 projects have been drawn up within the framework of financial engineering. Fifteen projects have been accepted by the Investment committee of NEFCO for financing. RNCPC has established partnership and cooperation with the domestic and international ecological organizations. RNCPC has close contacts with the state fund SND1 set up by Norway for investing to the North-Western region of Russia, Danish Programme "Green City", as well as UNIDO2, UNEP3, OECD4 and other Russian and foreign ecological organizations |
